Twinsburg Girl Scout Troop 91460, along with their parents and several TNHA members, cleaned up the pollinator habitat at the Center Valley Park trail.
The space had not been maintained for a while, and the girls and others worked hard to remove invasive non-native plants as well as to tame some of the aggressive native red osier dogwood shrubs (Cornus sericea) and cup plants ( Silphium perfoliatum).
The troops plans to use the space as a learning environment on the way to their Bronze Award.

Big jobs were handled by the adults, and kids found plenty to do.
